About Us
Berkeley's objective is to provide you with the finest products available, and we hope you will find them entirely satisfactory. If, however, you believe we can improve our service in any way, please contact us at mail@berkeleyfinefoods.com

Orders and Delivery
Orders placed through the Berkeley Fine Foods website are subject to our acceptance. The postage and packaging charges refer only to orders dispatched to mainland UK destinations via Royal Mail Standard Parcel Post. Please contact us at mail@berkeleyfinefoods.com if you require delivery to a non-mainland UK or overseas address, or if you’d like us to use an alternative mode of delivery (courier, for example).

Wherever possible, we will dispatch your order within five business days, but please allow up to 14 days should products be temporarily out of stock. We will contact you if we are unable to dispatch your order within 15 days.

Returns policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received it, unopened and with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, and we will then issue a full refund. (We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.)

Follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

*  Please provide details of the reason for the return and your original order number.
*  If the reason for the return is a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.
*  Please package the item securely in its original packaging.
*  Please send the package to:

    We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return. This may take up to three weeks.

Claims for Loss or Damage
We take care with our packaging to ensure that your order arrives in good condition. In the event of any missing or damaged goods, please contact us, by telephone or in writing, within three days of delivery. If any product reaches you in less than perfect condition, please call us to arrange the replacement and return of the product.

Privacy
We will not sell or give or otherwise share your details with any third party for any other purpose, unless required to do so by force of law.

We do not store any credit card details or similar sensitive information at www.berkeleyfinefoods.com. All transactions are processed by Worldpay, who use bank-approved software and the highest level of encryption to ensure that your credit card details are kept secure at all times.

Methods of Payment
We accept Visa and MasterCard payments. Please ensure that all details are clearly typed. Cheques should be made payable to “Berkeley Fine Foods” and sent to the address below. You should allow three days for clearance before the products will be dispatched to you.
